What can be included on a single membership?
Each membership is limited to one legal entity. However, certain additional names and entities may be included on a single membership under the exceptions outlined below.

Additional Business Names — same ABN/ACN
Additional business (trading) names registered to the same legal entity (same ABN or ACN as the primary name on this membership) can be included on a single membership.
- The business name must be registered to the exact same ABN/ACN provided on this membership.
- Your first 2 additional business names are included at no extra cost.
- Each additional business name beyond the first two is charged at $5/month per name.
Sole Trader Name — same legal name as Beneficial Owner
A sole trader name can be included on a single membership alongside a company name, provided the sole trader’s legal name is the same as the Beneficial Owner of the company.
- The sole trader name must match the legal name of the individual who is the Beneficial Owner of the associated company.
- You must provide the associated ABN for the sole trader on the setup form.
- Both the company and the sole trader will be covered under the one membership.
Additional Company Names — same Beneficial Owner, different ABN/ACN
Additional company names with a different ABN/ACN to the primary entity will generally require their own Virtual Office membership and ASIC verification. However, if the additional company has the same Beneficial Owner as the primary entity, it may be included on a single membership for an additional fee.
- The additional company must share the same Beneficial Owner as the primary entity on this membership.
- An additional $20/month per company applies.
- ASIC verification will still be conducted for each company included.
- Please list the name/s of any additional company/companies and their associated ABN/ACN on the setup form.

Not Included in Our Virtual Office Service
The following services are not included in your Virtual Office membership:
- ❌ Walk-in reception for your business
- ❌ Call answering service
- ❌ Parcel & mail forwarding ( available as an optional add-on — $10 per item + postage)
- ❌ Handling of large deliveries or equipment
- ❌ Storage of items larger than 50cm × 50cm × 50cm without prior approval
- ❌ Repackaging or relabelling of parcels
- ❌ Receiving pallets, freight, or bulk shipments
- ❌ Returns processing or outgoing parcel services
- ❌ Receipt of more than 40 items of mail per month without prior approval
