Need to update the business names attached to your Virtual Office? Email us and we’ll update your account.

📧 How to add or remove a business name
Email: work@saltspace.com.au
In your email, include:
  • The new business name
  • Whether it is replacing an existing name or being added
  • Your Primary Contact name
💡 Pricing for additional business names
Your membership includes 2 business names. Additional business names are $5/month each and will be added to your next invoice.
⚠️ Google verification business name limit
For Google Business Profile address use / verification support, we can support 1 business name per Virtual Office service.

Payment & Cancellation

🔁 Automatic renewal

Your membership renews automatically based on your chosen term (monthly / 6-month / annual). We email your invoice each cycle.

💳 How do I pay?

Pay online: Use the “View Invoice” link in your invoice email.

EFTPOS: Available onsite during staffed hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm).

Direct deposit: Bank details are listed on your invoice. Please use your name or invoice number as the reference.

International bank transfer: SWIFT / transfer details are provided on the invoice.

🛑 Cancelling your Virtual Office

You can cancel anytime. Please advise your end date using our cancellation form: Submit Cancellation Form .

Before your end date, please:
  • Remove our address from Google, ASIC, ABN, website, social profiles and email signature.
  • Collect remaining mail (or provide a forwarding address).
  • Settle any outstanding balances.
  • Optional: Mail forwarding is $10 per item + postage (credits apply).
Not included: Walk-in reception/call answering, oversized deliveries (over 50cm cube without approval), repackaging/relabelling, pallets/freight/bulk, outgoing parcels/returns processing, or >40 items/month without prior approval.

Virtual Office members receive 50% off 1-day hot desk bookings and our meeting room. Follow the steps below so we can apply your discount correctly.

  1. Open the Hot Desk booking form: Book a Hot Desk
  2. Select 1 Day Pass.
  3. Tick the checkbox for Virtual Office members.
  4. Submit the form — we’ll email your invoice with the discount applied.
🏢 Meeting Room bookings — 50% off
  1. Check availability & start your booking here: Meeting Room Availability & Booking
  2. Choose your date/time and complete the booking form.
  3. Tick the checkbox for Virtual Office members.
  4. Submit the form — we’ll email your invoice with the discount applied.
After-hours note: Same-day after-hours access requires setup during staffed hours (Mon–Fri 8am–5pm).

Mail Collection & Forwarding

👥 Authorise someone else to collect your mail

If you can’t collect in person, you can authorise someone else to collect your mail on your behalf.

How it works:
  • Mail is stored under the Primary Contact name on your Virtual Office account.
  • The person collecting must quote the Primary Contact name and bring valid photo ID.
  • Collections are available during staffed hours: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm.

To authorise a collection, submit the consent form below:

📮 Mail forwarding (add-on for Virtual Office members)

Mail Forwarding is available as an optional add-on to the Salt Space Virtual Office. It’s ideal if you’re interstate, travelling, or can’t collect mail in person.

Important: Mail forwarding is not included in the base Virtual Office membership.
Pricing:
  • $10 per forwarding trip to the post office
  • + Australia Post postage (charged at cost)
  • Fees are deducted from prepaid Mail Forwarding Credits purchased in advance
